The Brand Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the Marketing plan is executed in a timely manner with measurable objectives that allow a constant evaluation of its effectiveness and efficiency. Main Objectives: - Oversight of the marketing budget and the coordination of multi-channel advertising and marketing activities with the distributor. - Oversight of product distribution, pricing, and brand positioning, integrating market insights and performance metrics to drive global strategic decisions. - Market analysis and diagnosis for the development of additional initiatives aligned with the brand vision to drive growth. **Responsabilidades / Main Responsibilities**: - Follow up for all the strategies and tactics for Licor 43 in Mexico. - Oversee the correct execution of the marketing budget along with the distributor. - Oversee ongoing marketing, PR and advertising activities (all channels). - Monitor product distribution & prices (all channels). - Measure and report performance of all marketing actions and assess ROI and KPIs. - Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities. - Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights (Brand Health Tracker) - Prepare reports and make recommendations to management regarding market issues, challenges and opportunities (Marketing review & QBR’s). - Ensure the correct investment in the correct PR / Digital communication platforms, according to the brand needs and brand objectives in collaboration with the distributor. - Develop and implement the media (OOH) strategy aligned with the brand’s objectives and target audience insights, ensuring optimal use of the budget. - Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics. - Work collaboratively and support our distributor to develop best in class plans that fulfill both companies’ objectives in the short and long term. - Influence distributors and agencies to ensure tasks are completed on time and in the right way. - Help the distributor translate brand elements into plans and strategies that benefit the brand in its growth. - Be the link with Zamora's global marketing. **Requerimientos y Habilidades / Requirements & Skills**: - University Degree in Business Adm, Marketing or Industrial Engineering. - 3 to 5 years related to Brand management experience in the following industries: Beverages, Wines, Spirits & other consumer goods; night life, food service and entertainment in Mexico.. - Excellent communications skills, negotiation and persuasion skills. - Talent for storing, filling and sharing information with relevant stakeholders. - Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. - Experience managing the A&P; Budget. - Languages: Fluency in English. - 30% travel availability with occasional weekend work.
