The Role We're looking for a hybrid UX Researcher/Product Designer to join our Digital Product team and help us build user-centered solutions across multiple products. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves understanding users, solving complex problems, and designing intuitive, scalable interfaces in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities - Plan and conduct user research (interviews, surveys, usability tests) to uncover insights across various product lines - Translate research findings into journey maps, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes - Closely collaborate with engineers and product managers to iterate quickly and validate ideas early - Lead UX discovery efforts for new features in areas like field operations, remote operations, media platforms, and the drivers mobile app - Contribute to and evolve our design system to maintain consistency across products - Define and track usability KPIs to support continuous product improvement Requirements - 3+ years of experience in UX design and/or UX research - Comfortable running end-to-end user-centered design processes - Strong portfolio of mobile and/or web designs with context behind decisions - Proficient in tools like Figma, Miro, Maze, or similar - Strong communicator who can frame problems and explain design thinking clearly - Experience in logistics, automation, or field support environments is a plus - Valid US visa Nice to Have - Experience working with agile teams and in startup environments - Familiarity with analytics tools like Hotjar, Mixpanel, GA, or Posthog - Bilingual in Spanish and English
