What You’ll Be Selling Our client’s cloud-native platform is designed specifically for mechanical engineers, product designers, and manufacturing teams. It helps teams manage Bills of Materials (BOMs), improve collaboration, and launch better products faster. You’ll be selling real SaaS to real engineers — this isn’t fluff or vaporware. We're hiring a Remote Account Executive based in Latin America who can drive the full sales cycle: from qualifying warm leads to closing deals with engineering managers, procurement teams, and technical stakeholders. You’ll work with a steady flow of inbound leads, plus develop your own pipeline using proven playbooks and tools like ActiveCampaign and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. You’ll be the voice of the product, the engine of the sales process, and the closer that makes it all happen. Responsibilities Own the full sales cycle : discovery, qualification, demos, proposals, closing Follow up on warm inbound leads from a pipeline of 60,000+ engaged contacts Understand prospects’ needs and tailor product positioning to technical buyers Demo the product with confidence and clarity (training and support provided) Collaborate with the product and sales teams to refine messaging and identify trends Use ActiveCampaign, CRM tools, and sales tech to manage your funnel Meet and exceed sales quotas while maintaining a consultative sales approach You live in Latin America and are fluent in English (near-native written and spoken) You’ve worked as an Account Executive in a SaaS environment You’re hitting or exceeding quota in your current role You’re a self-starter with strong ownership mentality You’re comfortable speaking to technical stakeholders and senior decision-makers You’re energized by fast-moving startups and thrive in autonomous roles You want to grow — and grow fast — inside a product-driven software company Bonus points if you have: Experience selling to engineers or technical teams Familiarity with CAD, PLM, PDM, ERP, or manufacturing tech Background in mechanical or industrial engineering Why This Role Rocks You're not building from zero — you’ll walk into a hot pipeline of warm leads This is not cold-calling — you’ll be closing inbound and nurtured opportunities You’ll get to sell meaningful software to an engaged audience of engineers You’ll work directly with the US-based team, gain visibility, and grow fast And yes — you’ll be joining a rocket ship SaaS company that’s scaling fast and building something that matters About SaaS Talent SaaS Talent is more than just a recruiting company.
