What You Will Do 1. Manage designated pipeline and makeoutbound calls 2. Negotiate terms, including rates and margins, andclose new business 3. Consultatively position our distributionplatform and value proposition 4. Engage with prospective customersappropriately to their needs 5. Modify customer engagement toovercome objections and identify solutions to roadblocks 6. Effectively and professionally represent our brand and our platform7. Achieve and exceed monthly and / or quarterly sales targets 8. Collaborate with sales operations, supplier support, and accountmanagement teams to ensure a smooth and efficient sales cycle 9. Exhibit determination and resilience in the face of obstacles orchallenges 10. Engage with destination marketing organizations andother trade groups to win customers 11. Travel to attend tradeevents, participate in regional speaking engagements, and / orattend internal team meetings, as needed Who You Are? 1. 3-5+ yearsof experience in sales, preferably with an online company 2. NativeSpanish with middle level of English 3. Travel industry experiencepreferred, particularly with tours, activities, or attractions 4. Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills 5. Proven record ofcontracting new business and regularly exceeding sales targets 6. Territory and pipeline management experience using Salesforce oranother CRM tool 7. Good written and oral communication skills inEnglish and the relevant language / s of the territory 8. Results-driven hunter mentality with relentless drive to sign upnew customers 9. Proven self-starter with ability to deliver oninitiatives without constant supervision 10. Confident andenergetic; flexible and adaptable; organized and able to succeed ina fast-paced, dynamic environment 11. Bachelor’s Degree What WeOffer You 1.
