We're seeking an experienced Project Manager who can work in multiple environments and applications. This role involves developing master plans, optimizing resources, and managing budgets while presenting alternate scenarios to reduce overall critical path. - Budgeting: Assist in developing complex project budgets, apply EV analysis across multiple projects, manage resource plans to budget, and report planned vs. actual budget variances. - Risk Management: Develop mitigation and contingency plans for common risks, lead risk identification seminars, and update risk plans as conditions warrant. - Communication: Lead routine and ad-hoc status reviews with stakeholders, validating project status claims and clarifying roles and responsibilities. Required Skills and Qualifications 7+ years of experience in software project management. Proven track record leading multiple, complex cross-functional projects. Strong skills in budgeting, planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication. Advanced English required. PMP certification is a plus.
