The successful candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling assets for print, events, campaigns, and multimedia content. They will work closely with marketing, business development, and external production companies to ensure brand-aligned, accurate design content that contributes to successful events and campaigns. Key Responsibilities: - Create high-quality print materials and event graphics supporting Tether's global initiatives, ensuring visual consistency and flawless execution with production partners. - Develop visual content for landing pages, social media banners, campaign images, and videos across platforms. - Design innovative concepts for Tether's units, focusing on fintech and communication tech. - Tailor content for each communication channel to boost engagement and traffic. - Share design ideas and insights with the team to enhance marketing campaigns. Job Requirements: - Minimum 3 years proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a focus on print and multimedia for events. - Expertise in creating print materials with attention to detail and quality. - Proficiency in AI graphic tools like Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Pika Labs. - Strong portfolio showcasing event and multimedia projects. - Extensive knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Reddit, Facebook, Keet) and content strategies. - Fluent English communication skills; Spanish or Italian is a bonus. - Advanced skills in Figma and Adobe Suite (After Effects a plus). - Understanding of branding and adherence to brand guidelines. - Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about innovation. - Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. - Team player with professionalism and strong work ethic.
