Responsibilities - Lead & Mentor: Guide the engineering team in their professional development, establishing coding standards, best practices, and a culture of constructive feedback. - Architectural Vision: Define and execute the platform's technical roadmap, making key decisions on microservices architecture, scalability, and AWS infrastructure. - Hands-On Development: Actively design and build scalable backend services using , and oversee data pipelines in Python (Pandas/PySpark). - Drive AI Innovation: Guide the team in the strategic use of AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude code, intelligent IDEs) to accelerate design, development, and code validation. - Full-Stack Collaboration: Work closely with the frontend team (React Remix, TypeScript, SST/Vercel) to ensure seamless integration and robust solutions. - Quality Strategy: Collaborate with the QA Engineer to define and enhance the automated testing strategy (e.g., with Playwright), ensuring application stability. - Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality code standards and to foster a culture of learning and growth within the team. - Implement security and data protection solutions to safeguard sensitive information. - Work with the DevOps team to ensure smooth deployments and continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) practices. - Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in backend development and suggest improvements to enhance system functionality and efficiency.
