Capgemini is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team to work for a top 10 US Insurance Carrier. This role will focus primarily on supporting the Service Operations team for a new business unit with data analysis to generate insights leveraging prebuilt reports and dashboard products. Our client is part of one of the largest insurance groups worldwide. Location: Colombia Requirements Minimum 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience. Data Analytics tools: Power BI, Tableau, Sigma, or other BI tools; SQL; Excel; Office Suite. Data Mining and Engineering: Knowledge of data mining practices, tools, and technologies to find patterns, convert raw data into actionable insights, and design/build systems for data collection, storage, transformation, reporting, and analysis at scale. Ensuring data integrity and consistency from disparate sources, including cleaning and organizing raw data. Data Visualization and Reporting: Ability to use visual aids to communicate data insights clearly, employing appropriate tools and techniques to reveal opportunities, risks, and trends to support decision-making. Statistical and Descriptive Analysis: Understanding of statistical metrics and practices, identifying data issues such as missing values or outliers, and communicating findings effectively. Machine Learning Models and Operations: Knowledge of machine learning applications for operational, analytical, and financial needs, including predictive modeling, trend analysis, customer segmentation, and KPI development.
