Capgemini is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team to work for a top 10 US Insurance Carrier. This role will focus primarily on supporting the Service Operations team for a new business unit with data analysis to generate insights leveraging prebuilt reports and dashboard products. They serve more than 10 million U.S. households with over 19 million policies across all 50 states, through over 48,000 agents and nearly 18,500 employees. Our client is part of one of the largest insurance groups worldwide. Location: Colombia Requirements Minimum 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience. Data Analytics tools: Power BI, Tableau, Sigma, or other BI tools; SQL; Excel; Office Suite. Data Mining and Engineering: Knowledge of data mining practices, tools, and technologies to find patterns, convert raw data into actionable insights, and design/build systems for data collection, storage, transformation, reporting, and analysis at scale. Ensuring data integrity and consistency from disparate sources, including cleaning and organizing raw data. Data Visualization and Reporting: Ability to use visual aids to communicate data insights clearly, employing appropriate tools and techniques to reveal opportunities, risks, and trends to support decision-making. Statistical and Descriptive Analysis: Understanding of statistical metrics and practices, identifying data issues such as missing values or outliers, and communicating findings effectively. Machine Learning Models and Operations: Knowledge of machine learning applications for operational, analytical, and financial needs, including predictive modeling, trend analysis, customer segmentation, and KPI development.
