What You'll Do - Serve as the primary financial advisor and strategic partner to multiple (6-9) US-based CEOs and business owners. - Mentor a team of skilled Colombian bookkeepers to ensure accurate, timely, and insightful financial reporting. - Oversee monthly and quarterly financial closes, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial statements. - Develop and maintain advanced financial models, including budgeting, forecasting, and 13-week cash flow management. - Analyze financial performance, identify opportunities for operational improvements, and provide actionable recommendations directly to business owners. - Coordinate with external and internal team members to ensure compliance with US GAAP and tax regulations. - Help standardize financial operations and implement efficient, scalable processes for newly acquired businesses. Who You Are - 5+ years in senior financial roles (Controller, Senior Accountant, or similar), ideally with exposure to US GAAP. - Experienced in financial planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis. - Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for financial modeling. - Fluent English (B2/C1) with excellent communication skills. - Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple clients effectively. - Passionate about building trusted relationships with business leaders and mentoring teams.
