The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the operation of IT assets through installation, maintenance, incident resolution, and support in hardware, software, networks, and servers. Key Responsibilities - Provide technical support to end-users (hardware, software, and networks). - Install, configure, and maintain desktops, servers, and operating systems (Windows and Linux). - Implement and maintain structured cabling. - Configure and support networking devices (Wi-Fi, routers, switches). - Document incidents and solutions in the ticketing system. - Perform preventive and corrective maintenance. - Assist with equipment and software inventory control. - Provide support at local sites as required. Requirements - Technical or professional degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related fields. - At least 2 years of experience in IT technical support. - Solid knowledge of Windows, Linux, servers, and structured cabling. - Experience with collaboration tools (MS Teams, Zoom, etc.). - Intermediate technical English (reading and writing). English level B1 or B2 required. - Availability to travel to local company sites. - Willingness to undergo a technical evaluation as part of the selection process.
