Central Communications Manager – Global Business Services Sapindex is seeking a Central Communications Manager to lead communication strategies across a global GBS organization. This role will define the voice of GBS, ensuring consistent and engaging messaging while enabling effective communication across global, regional, and service lines. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years in internal communications in a global or matrixed organization, strong content development and storytelling skills, proficiency in digital communication tools (Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Yammer, Teams), and advanced English level. - Develop and implement the global GBS communication strategy. - Translate complex initiatives into clear, actionable communication plans. - Create impactful content for internal channels and manage core communication platforms. - Partner with regional teams to localize and execute communication strategies. - Advise leadership on messaging and best practices. - Track KPIs and continuously improve communication effectiveness. This is a contract position with a 6-month initial assignment (extension possible) and a flexible work model. The successful candidate will have a passion for employee engagement and change enablement, excellent attention to detail and stakeholder management, and a strategic thinker with strong execution focus.
