Each location serves a steady flow of customers, handling 500-700 repair jobs every month. The team prides itself on providing exceptional service and clear communication at every step. About the Role: We’re seeking a motivated Inbound/Outbound Sales Representative to be the first point of contact for all five store locations. You’ll manage high-volume daily calls, book appointments, and follow up with potential and existing customers. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth customer journey, from the first phone call to a completed repair. Compensation and Possible Bonus Structure: Base Pay: $5/hour for 40 hours/week ($800/month). Performance Bonus: $1 extra commission for every successful appointment booked and device brought in for repair, no minimum target required. Example: Closing an average of 20 booked repairs per day x $1 = $20/day = up to $400/month extra. Additional Commission: Opportunity to earn even more on upsells, accessories, or parts sold, details to be confirmed with the client. Example Possible Earnings: - Base Pay: $800/month - Appointments Commission: $400/month (20 closed calls/day average) - Additional Commission (upsells/accessories): Potential to earn an extra $400+ per month or more, depending on performance. - Total Potential Monthly Earnings: $1,600 USD Key Responsibilities - Handle 50–60 inbound calls per day, providing friendly, clear information to all customers. - Serve as the first point of contact for new and existing customers across five stores. - Book appointments and accurately log customer information in the CRM. - Follow up on missed calls and warm leads to convert them into appointments. - Handle different customer scenarios, including those unsure of their repair issue and those comparing options. - Proactively follow up on customers who no-show or cancel appointments (approx. 20–25% of the role). - Provide updates to customers calling to check on their ongoing repairs. Ideal Candidate - Experience: Previous inbound/outbound sales or call handling experience required. Background in electronics, phone, or computer repairs is a plus. - Skills: Excellent verbal and written English is required; Spanish fluency is helpful as 5–10% of customers speak Spanish. - Strong objection handling skills with a clear, friendly speaking voice and the ability to build rapport quickly. - Eager to learn industry-specific processes and tools. - Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a distraction-free work environment.
