More about us: to the Sr. Director, Global Financial Planning and Analysis, the FP&A; is responsible for managing data, financial modeling, trend analysis, and financial systems to support key decision-making processes. You will ensure data integrity across deliverables, maintain consistency in cost elements and product lines, and analyze financial metrics across the Profit & Loss (P&L;), Balance Sheet (BS), and Working Capital. Responsibilities: Support the analysis and maintenance of data integrity across versions of deliverables, ensuring consistent application of cost elements, product lines, and other financial components. Develop and maintain dynamic dashboards and reports using Power BI or equivalent tools to support global financial stakeholders. Conduct detailed analysis for P&L;, BS, and Working Capital, identifying trends and key insights related to metrics such as collections, cost elements, and product performance. Utilize OneStream and Oracle Fusion to extract, consolidate, and analyze financial data across multiple systems. Create and manage trend analysis for key P&L; cost elements and balance sheet metrics to provide actionable insights. Ensure version control and manage multiple data sets, enabling accurate forecasting and analysis. Collaborate with global finance teams to align forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses across regions. Provide system-level support, ensuring effective use of data tools and platforms. This position is part of the Corporate Finance team, located in Bogotá, and will be hybrid. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or a related field. 1+ years of experience in financial analysis, data analytics, or a similar role. Proficiency in Power BI (or equivalent tools), OneStream, and Oracle Fusion. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a commitment to data accuracy and integrity. Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency with pivot tables, macros, and complex formulas. Knowledge of forecasting techniques, variance analysis, and financial modeling. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across global teams. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a global organization with complex financial structures. Familiarity with additional data tools such as Tableau, QlikView, or other analytics platforms. Certification in Power BI or data analytics is a plus.
