Responsibilities: Channel Partner Enabler Provide training to sales teams and partners on networking products, solutions, and marketing tools. Support partners' sales engineers in their SME project support skills. Develop localized sales tools to assist sales efforts and partner enablement. Localized Marketing Pilot and implement global marketing activities. Conduct experiments to enhance customer acquisition and activation. Localize marketing materials from headquarters and develop new local marketing content. Perform market analysis on local solution/product sales, identify obstacles, and develop strategies to improve sales. New Product Landing and Requirement Management Pilot test the deployment of new products and solutions. Collect, analyze, and provide feedback on product and solution requirements. Project Support Collaborate with sales and partners to design solutions, conduct proof of concept (PoC), and deliver value for major SME projects. Requirements: Strong knowledge of network equipment and configurations. Excellent presentation and training skills. Proficiency in English and Spanish as working languages. Certifications such as CCIE, CCNP, or equivalent in networking are preferred. Experience in marketing and technical enablement for SME networking partners is preferred.
