About the role: The mission of this SDR role is to identify and engage potential B2B clients in the retail, hospitality, and corporate sectors. This position is responsible for driving outbound outreach, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings to support the sales team. Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Research and identify potential B2B clients in target industries such as retail, hospitality, and corporate sectors. OutboundOutreach: Conduct cold outreach via email, phone calls, and social media to engage with potential leads and introduce products and services. Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify leads based on specific criteria, ensuring they align with the company’s ideal customer profile. Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings or product demos for qualified leads with Account Executives or the Sales Manager. CRM Management: Accurately input and maintain lead information in the CRM system, ensuring all interactions are documented and follow-up actions are tracked. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to better understand potential clients' needs. Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Manager and Account Executives to refine outreach strategies and improve lead conversion rates. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred . Advanced English C1/C2. 1-2 years of experience in a sales or lead generation role, preferably in a B2B environment . Experience with holiday, seasonal products, or event services is a plus . Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with social media platforms for professional networking (e.g., LinkedIn). Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a remote environment. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
