Position SummaryCustomer & Brand Marketing is responsible to ensure brandsgrowth, assuring consistency and the implementation of branding andcommunication messages across different touch points by channel orclient with the deployment of initiatives, commercial actions andpromotions, POS activation, etc.. . For Branding is responsible todevelop plans to bring to live regional brand platforms (All EPCbrands) linked to the local realities (giving the high level ofknowledge of the local marketplace). For Customer, provide supportto the commercial team developing local brand initiatives connectedwith Brand needs (aligned to global / regional brand strategies)with the purpose of help in the achievement of commercial /businessobjectives: sales and brand profitability while ensuring theadequate resource allocation. The scope of this position includes Puerto Rico and Distributor Cluster. Universal Accountabilities -Support Marketing Latam & commercial team in the annualimplementation of marketing and business plans, for the respectivebrands. - Ensure the execution of brand guidelines in a consistentway in the affiliate (consumer & Trade), maximizing brandinitiatives in line with local executions according to marketneeds. - Assure the adequate price strategy of the brand whilemaintaining an active commercial dynamic of the brands withtactical actions of price (discount or that provide added value)that contribute to the expansion plans marked while retaining theinterest in growing the profitability of the company. - Support thedevelopment and implementation of the promotional calendar ofevents for channels (TM & Marketing). - Support growth plansareas of Trade Marketing / Sales, either in specific areas or atthe national level to ensure adequate competitiveness of the brand,strengthening their presence while continuing to contribute toincrease brand loyalty. - Control and manage the budget formarketing "A & P" according to planning activities / phasing ofinvestment previously agreed with the Area Latam Marketing. -Coordinate and track advertising agencies, freelance - research andgive support to the brand, in order to achieve the expectedresults. - Periodically visit the market, in order to analyze thetrends and the participation of the competition. - Carry aninformation system and the registration of data, activities anddocuments necessary for the control of processes that must bedeveloped to determine the objectives achieved. Required Skills and Experience - Marketing Degree or Administrative Degree. - Advanced/ Fluent English (spoken and written). - Minimum 12 years with Marketing Experience. - Understanding of Distributor model orgeographies such as Caribbean / Central America. - Advanced Excel,Word, Power Point, AC Nielsen. - Knowledge in the sector ofconsumer goods in multinational companies. - Hybrid Model. -Availability to travel if needed. - Work schedules that vary fromtypical business hours.
