We are seeking experienced professionals to join our Product Management team, which provides services to our global users. The Oracle Financials Business Analyst will work closely with the following areas i.e.: Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Supply chain, supporting ERP processes related and not limited to i.e.: Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Supply Chain, Order to Cash. The selected candidates will be responsible for: Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications Analyzing business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement within the ERP platform Executing and managing the product and solution implementation lifecycle, including configuration, customization, testing, and deployment Developing and delivering training and support materials for end-users Conducting data analysis and generating actionable insights to inform business decisions Ensuring timely and effective communication with stakeholders regarding the status of product enhancements and defect resolution initiatives Developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation of product management processes and procedures Providing training and support to end-users Our desired candidate will have: Excellent English communication skills are a must. Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience 5+ years of Oracle Financials experience with techno-functional hands-on experience in i.e. Order to Cash, Supply Chain, Revenue Recognition. Flexible, adaptable, and resilient, comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment, with a strong ability to adapt to new challenges and opportunities. Highly customer-oriented, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and value Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to resolve complex business problems and handle ambiguity and uncertainty Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders Effective communication skills with the ability to articulate product and technical information to non-technical stakeholders Be flexible and available to work on work shifts that align with the work hours of the user base supported by the service Preferred Qualifications Experience in ERP Oracle Financials Experience in ERP NetSuite is a plus.
