As a Recruiter your focus will be on partnering with various stakeholder groups to create effective hiring strategies for current or forecasted vacancies within your area of responsibility. As a trusted, consultative partner, you will build and optimize client relationships through excellence in recruitment process delivery including sourcing, screening and assessing candidates, while simultaneously helping guide your stakeholders through the recruitment process. Providing high-touch relationship management, customer focus and responsiveness in both client and candidate facing activities, you will consultatively manage the end to end recruitment process whilst being a subject matter expert around applicant tracking systems, candidate sourcing methodologies and recruitment process effectiveness. Key Accountabilities In this role you will: - Work consultatively with your Hiring Manager groups to successfully deliver the full recruitment cycle for their hiring needs - Conduct briefings with Hiring managers, gaining an understanding their hiring needs and advising on the most appropriate candidate attraction strategies for their role(s) - Provide information to Hiring Managers regarding market conditions, candidate availability & salary benchmarks - Decide on and execute the appropriate recruitment strategy for your roles, inclusive of sourcing, screening, assessment and short-listing, using various direct sourcing methods and using all resources available to you - Manage stakeholder relationships at all levels with Hiring Managers - Support, challenge and drive best practice at each stage of the recruitment process - Champion effective candidate management throughout our hiring process, ensuring candidates receive the premium Korn Ferry and client experience Skills & Experience - Ability to go on client site 3 days per week at Centro Empresarial Colpatria (CEC), 4 CI 127A No. 53A-45 Tower 2, D.C. Bogota 111111 Colombia - Experience in a full cycle recruitment role, from direct sourcing, screening, assessing/ interviewing, and offering candidates, either in an in-house, agency or RPO environment - Experience of effective stakeholder management and the ability to build strong relationships at different levels within an organization - Strong organization skills, and the ability to delegate, where applicable, certain aspects of the recruitment process i.e. interview scheduling and sourcing - Demonstrated interest and ability to work in a fast-paced service environment - Expert in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring techniques - Effective communication and listening skills - Experience and ability to navigate ambiguity and prioritize different needs and plans to accommodate a broad range of stakeholders and responsibilities - Be fluent to a business proficiency level (both written and oral) in English and Spanish
