Job Overview: The Numbers on This Opportunity Shift: Monday to Friday, 9:00 pm - 6:00 am EST Work Setup: Work from Home Responsibilities: What You'll Be Counting On Oversee and manage the month-end close processes, ensuring accurate and timely recognition of revenue, inventory, cost of goods sold, capital expenditures, and departmental/cost center expenses. Drive continuous process improvements across all aspects of accounting and business units to enhance efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness. Develop, implement, and maintain scalable internal controls within the accounting function and across other organizational departments. Implement and optimize accounting systems and software to increase automation, efficiency, and accuracy in financial tasks. Provide detailed monthly financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to support strategic decision-making in collaboration with the finance team. Assist with the preparation for annual audits and ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting requirements. Support various projects by offering financial expertise and insights, contributing to their successful execution. Qualifications Needed: The Formula for Success Proficiency in English at a C1 level . At least 8 years of accounting experience with a proven track record of increasing responsibility and career growth. Proficiency with NetSuite software (highly desirable). Experience in manufacturing or product-based companies (a plus). In-depth knowledge of US GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles). Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively convey complex financial information. Highly independent, motivated, and proactive in managing responsibilities and driving improvements. Adaptability to the dynamic demands of a growing and evolving business environment, with demonstrated flexibility and resilience.
