We're seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of Client Intake Specialist. As a vital part of our team, you'll play a crucial role in the early stages of client intake. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to analyze situations, and propose effective solutions. Previous experience in customer service or a related field is an advantage. About the Role This position involves interacting with potential clients, gathering necessary information during the initial intake process, conducting interviews, and evaluating potential cases based on predetermined criteria and guidelines. You'll also be responsible for accurately documenting client information, case details, and any other relevant data in our case management system or intake software. Timely and professional communication with potential clients is essential to maintain client satisfaction. - Key Responsibilities: - Client Intake: Interact with potential clients, gather necessary information, conduct interviews, and collect key details about potential cases. - Case Assessment: Evaluate potential cases based on predetermined criteria and guidelines. - Documentation and Record-Keeping: Accurately document client information, case details, and any other relevant data. - Communication and Follow-up: Communicate with potential clients to gather additional information, clarify details, and provide updates on the status of their case assessments. Requirements To succeed in this role, you'll need: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to analyze situations, identify problems, and propose effective solutions. - Previous experience in customer service, support, or a related field is an advantage. - Familiarity with customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools. Work Environment We offer a dynamic work environment with rotating shifts distributed between Monday to Saturday. You'll have two days off per week, which may not necessarily fall on consecutive days. The schedule for this role will be rotating based on work requirements. Candidates must be flexible and available to work within these rotating shifts.
