Fecha: 20 feb 2025 Primary Purpose and Main Responsibilities • Ensure compliance with the requirements of the EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) system, based on the ISO45001 and ISO14001 standards and local laws, corporate requirements established in EHS. • Ensure verification of compliance with corporate EHS by conducting and monitoring integrated corporate audits of EHS. • Evaluate and ensure compliance with new and current legislation on EHS issues. • Support / Strengthen EHS culture. • Develop and implement EHS strategies to support the main goal “Zero Serious Injury.” Main Responsibilities • Comply with company policies and relevant global EHS objectives. • Ensure that the EHS management system complies with the requirements of ISO45001 and ISO14001. • Support internal and external audits of EHS processes and systems. • Review, analyze, and manage the implementation of new mandatory EHS and/or new and current legal requirements. • Develop EHS activities and support the realization of EHS projects. • Support the meeting of the Integrated Management Systems Committee. • Support the realization of action plans for the closure of non-conformities of EHS audits. • Coordinate training in EHS for plant personnel. • PEC Pillar subcommittee leader. • Manage statistics and trends in terms of EHS. • Support ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and IATF16949. Experience Required: A minimum of 3 years of experience in safety, industrial hygiene processes and/or environmental and a minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial processes. Desired: Experience working in plants with labor unions.
