We create award-winning custom software solutions that help companies across 15+ industries change the lives of millions If you like a challenging environment where you’re working with the best and are encouraged to learn and experiment every day, there’s no better place - guaranteed! :) WHAT YOU WILL DO - Drive product development of the Records Management System (RMS) and related sub-products, focusing on enhancing usability, quality, and feature set; - Collaborate with Product Management to understand requirements, create estimates, plan sprints, and meet delivery timelines; - Develop a clean, reusable client integration system following secure cloud software best practices; - Contribute to technical documentation and automated build and deployment processes designed to increase engineer efficiency. MUST HAVE -Proven experience of technical end-to-end product ownership and ability to meet deadlines; - 3+ years of experience as a Frontend Web Developer ( React ); - 3+ years of experience as a Back End Developer ( Java ); - High level of proficiency in Typescript ; - Proficiency in contemporary frontend bundlers , package managers , and build tools ; - Knowledge of or prior experience with microservices architecture; - Upper-Intermediate English level. NICE TO HAVES - Experience building software in the cloud will be a plus; - AI assisted development experience, using tools like Windsurf, Cursor or similar.
