**The Role** - Mantains a comprenhensive understanding of the market trends and client requirements to propose new products or services. - Develops and enhances strategic business relationships with clients. - Identifies additional opportunities to increase revenue with current clients. - Ensuring the development of the annual compensation and benefits survey, considering regional guidelines. - Collaborate with other teams locally or regionally in order to optimize the internal processes or client projects. **The Requeriments** - Minimum 5 years of experience developing rewards and benefit projects, 2-3 years of which must have worked in a consulting firm, developing rewards and benefits projects. - Bachelor´s degree in Industrial Engineering, administration or similar degress. - Job valuation, knowledge about an international methodology. - Experience developing compensation and benefits surveys. - Designing salary structures. - Good communication and personal skills is vital. The role will be building a good relationships with clients. - Results oriented and ability to work under pressure. - Competence in MS Office, with solid knowledge of excel´s database. - Fluent in english. - Equal Opportunity Employer_
