🧩 Job Description: We are looking for an Appointment Setter to make outbound calls (90%+) with the goal of scheduling valuation appointments for home remodeling services. Calls will follow a provided script and will be managed through a dialer system, including warm leads, re-engagement with previous clients, and handling cancellations. The role may evolve to include inbound calls and cold calling to identify new potential clients. ✅ Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to schedule appointments. - Follow scripts to ensure consistency and effectiveness. - Manage campaigns based on lead age and status. - Re-engage clients who did not move forward in the process. - Handle cancellations and attempt to reschedule. - Log appointments in the system. - Potentially handle inbound calls and cold calls. 🛠️ Requirements and Skills: - Basic knowledge of construction. - At least 6 months of experience in sales or collections. - Experience with hard calls is preferred. - Strong communication, active listening, and conversational flow skills. - “Shark” attitude: assertive, persistent, and persuasive. - Comfortable with dialer systems and tech tools.
