Strong knowledge of Colombian labor laws, tax regulations, and the legal landscape affecting staffing and human resources. At least [X] years of experience practicing employment law, preferably in a corporate or staffing environment. Experience advising on employee benefits, payroll systems, and tax compliance issues. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal teams. Preferred Skills Experience working in or advising staffing companies or recruitment firms independent contractors. Experience with platform that will pay all independent contracts. Fluency in English is a must.
