You will be responsible for Procurement operations of the country as the Country Lead and act as the single point of contact for procurement. The role is responsible for translating the company’s strategy and country priorities into procurement strategy, managing our new procurement contractor partner, and setting actions to deliver outstanding business results, while developing a strong future-fit procurement talent pipeline. Experiences & Qualifications What You Will Need to Succeed University degree – technical, or financial discipline preferred Previous experience in Procurement (10 years) and Supply Chain (Plan, make, source, deliver) Languages: Spanish (fluent), English (fluent) Experience leading strategic partners and digital transformation Proven experience in project management and supporting SC Transformation Program Key Responsibilities Translate company’s strategy and country priorities into procurement strategy and action plans Lead 5S Savings plan along with R&D supporting smart product initiatives and ensure gross margin targets are met through improved buying performance, savings, NMI delivery, and special initiatives Manage material forecasting processes, ensuring accurate input of costs and conversion costing Drive growth through superior service, material resilience, and innovation delivery Implement global/regional procurement strategies and best practices locally Manage contractor partnerships and build bridges with Unilever Oversee partnership programs to deliver growth, profitability, and sustainability Maintain strategic relationships with suppliers and service providers Manage cash flow through inventory management and contribute to strategic inventory reduction initiatives Ensure quality and compliance standards across suppliers Coordinate with finance and supply chain to optimize order strategies and forex management Foster innovation and benchmarking in materials costs Support sustainability commitments such as Deforestation-Free, Regenerative Agriculture, Cage-Free Eggs, and Plastics Deep dive into material strategies across portfolios to understand value chains, costs, and opportunities Candidate Profile Strategic thinker, proactive, and market-disruptive Results and solution-oriented, capable of solving unexpected problems Assertive leader with strong collaboration skills Open to learning and influencing teams Analytical, resilient, and creative Effective self-management skills Interested?
