The SEO Analyst is responsible for the day to day management of organic positioning optimization initiatives. The SEO Analyst will execute on page and off page optimization tactics except backlinks building while continuously monitoring the account, analyzing performance, and optimizing these based on performance to ensure the desired objectives are achieved. This position requires hands on search engine optimization experience. **Key Responsibilities** - Optimize web pages to improve their position on search results, favoring those which will provide a better ROI or generate the most exposure depending on the objective. - Execute tests, collect data and analyze results to determine how to position and maintain top results for web pages on SERPs. - Work with other teams on new initiatives to help optimize those for SEO purposes. - Monitor KPIs and analyze the effect of SEO initiatives on SERPs. - Collaborate with web developers and other marketing teams to implement on page SEO best practices. - Strong analytic and problem solving - Meet client SLAs KPIs - Detect and report anomalies following internal procedures - Gather and model data for analysis using various industry tools e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Excel, SQL - Drive analytical efforts in areas specific to business function and industry focus - Gather business intelligence for decision making - Create reporting templates using industry tools e.g., Tableau, Excel, - Client facing relations and stakeholder management - Create and maintain internal and external documentation **What are we looking for?** - Experience (2 years minimum) with SEO, tactics, and tools (e.g., Adwords Keyword Planner, Google Trends, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, Moz, SEM Rush, Ahrefs). - Basic to moderate HTML, CSS and JS knowledge. - Advance level English speaking and writing. - Experience using Excel, PowerPoint and other Office products. - Excellent time management skills and ability to follow through. - A team player who can handle stressful situations and deadlines. - Proficient in Excel, with demonstrated ability to organize, consolidate multiple data sources for analysis and daily generation of reports. - Ability to self-manage, juggle multiple priorities, pay strong attention to details and very organized. - Proactive mindset and the ability to meet multiple objectives in a fast moving, entrepreneurial environment.
