As a Pricing Strategist, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies for key categories in Latin America. You'll analyze market data and user behavior, identify growth opportunities, and propose improvements to enhance penetration, average spend, and sales. Your role is crucial in aligning categories with our value proposition in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze data to identify gaps and growth opportunities - Implement improvements in strategic categories to increase sales and penetration - Research market, competition, and users to propose new functionalities - Generate structured recommendations with action plans Desired Profile: - Degree in engineering, management, or related fields - Over 4 years of experience in CPGs, e-commerce, or retail - Ability to multitask, proactive, and initiative-driven - Intermediate knowledge in Power BI and Excel; SQL/Python are a plus - Interest in tech and our services - Languages: fluency in one (English, Spanish, or Portuguese) and basic understanding of another Requirements: - Target companies: CPGs, retailers, and consultancies - Target titles: Category Manager, Price Analyst / Manager, Client Lead, and Category Developer
