Incofin is currently seeking a motivated, driven, and growth-oriented Private Equity Analyst, Latin America to join our dynamic Latin America team. This permanent position is based in our Bogotá office and reports directly to the Investment Director, Latin America. A valid work permit for Colombia is required. What you will do As a Private Equity Analyst, you will play an integral role in advancing Incofin's private equity activities in Colombia and across Latin America. You'll support ongoing transactions by conducting financial modelling, preparing investment memos, participating in due diligence and negotiations, and coordinating with legal and external advisors. Your responsibilities will also include drafting transaction documents, performing AML/KYC analyses, and contributing to technical assistance initiatives. In addition to deal execution, you will monitor portfolio companies, ensure timely financial reporting, assist with investment committee updates, valuation reporting, and prepare materials for board and shareholder meetings. You'll also have the opportunity to participate in global coordination efforts within the PE team, including internal reporting and investment committee preparations. What we're looking for We're looking for a candidate with 2–4 years of relevant experience in private equity, venture capital, or investment banking, with hands-on experience in executing M&A; transactions and building robust financial models. A Chartered Accountant qualification or a Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business is preferred. The role demands strong analytical and financial skills, fluency in both English and Spanish (both written and spoken), and a passion for responsible finance and impact-driven investing. Knowledge of Portuguese or French is an asset. Experience in the agriculture, water, or technology sectors would be considered a plus. The successful candidate should also be willing and able to travel up to 30% of the time.
