About the Role: We are looking for a full-time Bilingual Cold Calling Virtual Assistant to drive business development through outbound sales calls. The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish, with a strong command of spoken English, and has a background in either insurance or real estate. You'll be on the front lines of outreach, generating leads, qualifying prospects, and setting appointments to help grow the client's customer base beyond their current network. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and is comfortable with high-volume calling and CRM usage. Key Responsibilities Make approximately 200 outbound calls daily to insurance and real estate prospects using RingCentral or a similar VoIP system. Follow structured call scripts to overcome objections, build rapport, and identify potential interest. Log all activities, outcomes, and notes in the CRM with attention to accuracy and detail. Schedule appointments or pass along qualified leads to licensed agents. Support the sales team with light data entry, lead research, and basic follow-ups via email or SMS. Participate in weekly check-ins to report progress and optimize performance strategies. Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish with clear, professional spoken English and minimal accent. At least 1 year of experience in outbound sales or cold calling, ideally in insurance, real estate, or similar fields. Comfortable using CRMs, VoIP systems (e.g., RingCentral, CloudTalk, 8x8), and Google Workspace tools. Self-motivated, organized, and coachable, with the ability to work independently and meet performance targets. Fast learner with the ability to adapt to seasonal business cycles (e.g., tax season). College degree is preferred but not required. Must have a stable internet connection and noise-canceling headset. Tools & Training RingCentral will be used for VOIP calls and CRM tracking. Training and onboarding provided. Restricted system access will be granted for data entry and quote creation. All calls will be tracked and monitored to ensure performance and quality.
