Job Title: Senior Engineering Manager As a seasoned engineering leader, you will oversee the development and implementation of innovative software solutions that drive business growth. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives, mentoring technical leaders, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Responsibilities - Develop and execute comprehensive engineering strategies aligned with business goals. - Lead high-performing engineering teams to deliver exceptional results and foster collaboration among team members. - Mentor and coach technical leaders in leadership skills, people management, conflict resolution, and organizational dynamics. - Design and implement leadership development programs to enhance technical leadership capabilities. - Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute organizational initiatives and ensure effective integration across components. - Partner with HR to resolve complex situations and provide support in career pathing and growth plans. - Drive strategic initiative management from inception to implementation, ensuring timely completion and maximum ROI. Requirements - Minimum 8+ years of experience in engineering leadership with a proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies and ability to apply them to drive innovation and efficiency. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders. - Experience in distributed/international engineering teams and strong verbal and written communication skills in English. - Strong project and program management skills with the ability to drive initiatives to completion. - Ability to think critically and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment. - Experience with or understanding of OKRs (Objectives and Key Results).
