Treatspace is seeking for high-performance digital marketing talent to join the foundation of our “SWAT” team—a specialized unit dedicated to driving strategic digital growth, SEO dominance, and measurable ROI for high-MRR medical practices. What You’ll Be Doing as an Offshore Strategic Digital Growth Analyst In this role, you will be accountable for up to 15 client accounts, delivering measurable results through expert-level execution across SEO, content, and performance marketing. This is a strategic, results-driven position that demands ownership, adaptability, and a deep understanding of healthcare marketing. In This Role, You Will Strategy Development & Execution: - Own and optimize the entire digital performance ecosystem—including on-site SEO, technical/local SEO, backlinks, and Google Business Profile (GBP) management. - Develop tailored content strategies based on each client’s procedures, seasonality, and patient search behavior. - Conduct competitive SEO and service positioning audits to guide pivots and capture market share. - Align all marketing strategies with client-specific goals, service lines, and differentiators for maximum patient acquisition and retention. Performance Tracking & Reporting - Build and maintain analytics dashboards (Google Data Studio, Looker) to monitor cost-per-lead (CPL), MRR growth, retention, and keyword-driven lead performance. - Partner with the DCS team to ensure performance strategies align with purchased services and demonstrate clear ROI. - Provide regular updates on: - Performance trends and growth metrics - Strategic initiatives in progress - Customer issues, risks, or red flags Reputation & Visibility Management - Manage GBP and listings platforms such as Yext to ensure accuracy, visibility, and competitive positioning. - Monitor and enhance online reputation to support patient trust and conversion rates. Required Education + Experience - Proven track record in SEO, content strategy, and performance marketing—healthcare marketing experience preferred. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. - Proficiency with SEO tools, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and data visualization platforms. - Ability to manage multiple clients with high attention to detail and timely follow-up - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Additional Qualifications - Experience in competitive SEO analysis and ranking optimization for local service-based businesses. - Working knowledge of structured data, Core Web Vitals, and SEO testing methodologies. - Self-starter mindset with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment. - Demonstrated success in improving lead generation, retention, and ROI for digital campaigns.
