Job Title: Type: Full-time, Independent Contractor Location: Remote Work hours: Monday to Friday, US Business hours Role Overview We are seeking a people-first, relationship-driven Account Manager to lead our agency partnership efforts. You will be responsible for acquiring new marketing agency partners, retaining and upselling existing ones, and supporting invoicing and collections in coordination with our finance team. This role requires a deep understanding of how marketing agencies grow their businesses, and how they evaluate lead generation channels like InfluencerMarketingHub.com. Key Responsibilities New Business Acquisition • Proactively identify and engage new marketing agency prospects • Communicate our value proposition clearly to agency owners and decision-makers • Conduct product demos and close new deals in alignment with monthly/quarterly sales goals Client Success & Retention • Serve as the primary point of contact for agency partners • Build strong, consultative relationships that drive renewals and upsell opportunities • Collaborate with our content, product, and editorial teams to ensure partner satisfaction • Own the onboarding experience for new agency partners, ensure timely setup of profiles, placements, tracking links, and inclusion in relevant campaigns • Work with the content team to ensure clients achieve targeting and leadgen goals by aligning client targeting goals with high-performing, accurate content placements (e.g., directory positioning, listicle inclusion, educational content campaigns) Finance Support • Track contract status, billing cycles, and payment due dates for agency accounts • Follow up with clients and coordinate with the finance team on invoice collections • Ensure all partner data is accurately recorded in CRM and billing systems Who You Are • A natural relationship builder with strong communication and organizational skills • 5+ years of experience in account management, agency sales, or media partnerships • Deep familiarity with digital marketing and the agency landscape • Comfortable managing a book of business and working across multiple internal teams • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented Nice-to-Haves • Experience selling marketing services or digital media packages • Prior experience in a lead generation or directory/listing site What We Offer • Remote-first team with flexible hours • Opportunity to shape the future of a top-ranked platform in the influencer marketing space
