Job summary We are looking for a highly experienced Tier 3 IT Support Technician to serve as the final escalation point for complex technical issues. Responsibilities - Resolve advanced technical issues escalated from Tier 1 and Tier 2 support teams - Perform diagnostics, root-cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes for system, network, cloud, and security issues - Administer Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, and Group Policies - Monitor and improve system performance to maximize uptime and efficiency Qualifications - C2-level or native English communication skills - Expert-level knowledge in Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, networking protocols, and cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) - Proficiency with virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware) and remote access solutions - Strong networking skills (firewalls, switches, routing, VPNs) Descripción del trabajo Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet , consectetur adipiscing elit.
