As a Software Engineering Manager you will serve as the direct manager to a team of 7-10 developers, providing coaching, feedback, and career development support. Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to: - Fosters a strong team culture built on trust, accountability, and continuous improvement. - Conducts regular 1:1 sessions, performance reviews, and personalized professional growth plans for each team member. - Leads daily stand-ups (our customized Agile approach), retrospectives, and delivery planning sessions to ensure an efficient workflow. - Removes blockers and facilitates smooth progress of engineering priorities. Minimum requirements: - Studies: Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field. - Experience: - 3+ years of experience managing developers in a SaaS, product, or platform engineering environment. - Language: Advanced English skills. B2+ or higher is preferred.
