Your Role AsChief Technology Officer (CTO), you will play a pivotal role indriving MAS Global’s next phase of growth by shaping and enhancingour technology offerings, fostering a culture of innovation, andensuring technical excellence. Working closely with sales,delivery, and executive leadership, you will define and positionMAS’s solutions to meet evolving market needs, establishcredibility with clients, and support strategic partnerships. Witha focus on scaling our Data, AI, and Cloud practices, you will actas a technology leader who bridges business opportunities withcutting-edge solutions, all while attracting, mentoring, andretaining top-tier technical talent. What You’ll Do ShapeTechnology Strategy and Define Offerings - Develop and execute atechnology strategy that aligns with MAS Global’s growth objectivesand market trends in Cloud, Data, and AI. - Collaborate with salesand delivery teams to create compelling, differentiated technologyofferings and solutions tailored to client needs. - Driveinnovation by staying ahead of industry trends and integratingemerging technologies in Data and AI into MAS’s service offerings. Client Engagement and Solution Design - Partner with sales teams todeliver impactful presentations, showcasing MAS’s technicalexpertise and business value. - Engage directly with clients tounderstand their challenges and translate those into tailoredtechnology solutions and winning proposals. - Establish MAS Globalas a trusted advisor by demonstrating technical credibility and adeep understanding of client needs, with the ability to driveworkshops, discovery sessions, assessments, use case identificationand scoping, and high level Solutions Architecture for identifiedneeds. Strategic Partnerships and Ecosystem Development - Build andstrengthen partnerships with hyperscale companies like Microsoft,AWS, Google, Snowflake and AI-related partnerships like Nvidia andOpenAI, to drive demand and enhance market presence. Expectation ofthis role is to bring know-how and relationships to acceleratepartnerships solidification. - Leverage existing relationships tounlock new opportunities and establish MAS as a preferred partnerin the technology ecosystem. - Represent MAS Global at industryevents to showcase thought leadership and build credibility. TeamLeadership and Talent Development - Lead and manage high-performingtechnical teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration,and excellence. - Define career paths, provide mentorship, andimplement strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent insoftware engineering, cloud, data, and AI. - Build scalableprocesses for hiring, coaching, and evaluating technical teams tosupport growth and ensure delivery excellence. OperationalExcellence and Delivery Support - Work closely with delivery teamsto ensure seamless execution of client projects, maintaininghigh-quality standards and alignment with business objectives. -Drive continuous improvement in technical practices, tools, andmethodologies to enhance efficiency and client outcomes. - Ensuretechnical teams are equipped to support complex client engagementsand deliver measurable business value. Who You Are - 10+ years oftechnical leadership experience, including 4+ years in technologyprofessional services. - Proven track record of scaling technologyorganizations and driving adoption of cloud, data, and AI solutionsin midsize IT services companies (300+ HC). - Demonstrated abilityto bridge business and technology by aligning client needs withinnovative solutions and collaborating with sales teams to craftwinning proposals and build client trust. - Proven experience inbuilding and leading high-performing technical teams, with a focuson career development, talent retention, and consistentlydelivering projects with exceptional technical quality andprecision. - Established relationships with leading technologypartners (e.g., Microsoft, AWS, Google, Nvidia, OpenAI) and aproven history of leveraging these partnerships to drivesignificant growth. - Extensive experience managing and optimizingmulti-region teams, including nearshore and offshore deliverymodels. - Proven success in leading transformational initiatives,enabling companies to evolve their offerings—such as integrating Data and AI—into a significant and strategic part of theirportfolios. - Advanced English proficiency; bilingual(English/Spanish) is a plus. This is aflexible hybrid arrangement, with travel (25-50%) to Tampa, FL,Medellín, Colombia, client sites, technology conference and events.
