Job Description This position involves leading contract compliance audits for cost-plus construction contracts. Audits will be conducted on completed projects and those in progress. The role requires a variety of skills, including construction audit, project controls, estimating, accounting, data mining, and strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Required Skills and Qualifications 1. Excellent English speaking and writing skills (C1-C2). 2. An undergraduate degree in Construction Management. 3. 1-3 years of audit experience (internal, compliance, operational) preferred. 4. Construction, project controls, or estimating experience or similar industry experience required. 5. Strong data skills/aptitude required, with advanced experience using Excel and/or Access to manipulate large data sets. 6. Financial business acumen, with exposure to payroll, insurance, employee benefits, internal controls, common business practices, and contract language. 7. Understanding and assessing operational processes and internal controls, identifying breakdowns and opportunities for improvement. 8. Excellent business report writing skills. 9.
