Manage key accounts (KA) of Consumer Durables (CD) & producer partners for the partnership between HCVN and partners. Responsibilities include: Achieving sales targets for CD, the team, and the company. Supporting KAM in managing strategic key accounts for operational tasks. Managing CD key account partners and producer partners in the respective area. Gathering information on competitors’ promotions and bonus schemes for segmented dealers and proposing timely strategies to KAM. Proposing monthly sales activities and adjustments in segmented dealers to improve performance. Monitoring sales performance regularly and devising action plans to meet targets. Executing operational tasks assigned by KAM to designated key accounts. KEY REQUIREMENTS University degree with experience in Key Account Management, Business Development, Sales, or Sales Administration. Experience in Finance, Banking, or Fintech sectors with knowledge of Consumer Durables is advantageous. Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
