The ideal candidate should possess 3+ years of professional experience in backend development with Python, strong experience with MySQL (database design and optimization), and proficiency in AWS infrastructure (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.). Familiarity with version control (Git) and Agile methodologies is also required.
