Responsibilities: - Create and review reports and analysis to identify trends and prepare summaries for senior leadership. - Attend regular meetings with internal teams to discuss ongoing challenges, potential improvements, and strategies for current projects. - Engage in process management activities, including updating documentation, ensuring workflows are efficient, and addressing bottlenecks. - Work on technical writing tasks, such as creating and updating knowledge documentation. - Coordinate new projects and operational demands, including initiating new projects, tracking demands, and providing status updates to stakeholders. - Manage vendor relationships with global suppliers, overseeing hardware standards, order processing, and handling escalations. - Meet with partner engineering and support teams to discuss program-level initiatives, focusing on strategies, improvements, and financials. - Prepare and present detailed reports highlighting critical information and recommendations. - Present process, workflow, and program changes to global teams, ensuring alignment and awareness of updates or modifications.
