What You Will Do The SeniorSourcing Specialist has end-to-end responsibility for all sourcingactivities (including contracting) associated with tactical anddelegated spend in relevant Procurement Categories. He / She isresponsible for procuring supplies and services within the scope of Kenvue’s business policies and procedures, at the best negotiatedterms for price, quality and delivery to support Kenvue’s businessoperations. The person is responsible for end-to-end Categorysupport, delivering cost savings, buying and payment channelcompliance, contract excellence and supplier optimization. Thisincludes business engagement, sourcing strategy development withall kinds of analysis (industries, suppliers, spend by categories,stakeholders, etc…), contracting, supplier and/or stakeholdermanagement, and procurement enablement activities. Categories inscope could include Marketing, HR & Business Services, R&D;,IT Services and Capital, Construction, and Facilities Services(CCFS). This role is responsible for driving contract excellence,from contract creation, choosing and populating appropriatetemplates, through negotiation where needed, managing allamendments, renewals, expirations or terminations required, and upto supplier signature. The Senior Sourcing Specialist will drivesupplier negotiations on contract terms, managing redlines/contractdraft versions using Kenvue’s contract lifecycle management (“CLM”)system, while ensuring compliance with company policies andprocedures, and engaging the appropriate support as needed. Whereescalation to the Kenvue Legal & Compliance team, orsubject-matter experts (such as Privacy) is required, this rolewill put together and discuss recommendations for resolution. Thisindividual will develop strong, value-added working relationshipswith internal and external customers and suppliers and demonstratesound management of assigned contracts. The types of contracts theywill process, with appropriate supervision, include (but are notlimited to) Master Services Agreements, Statements of Work,marketing agency or services agreements, consulting agreements,market research agreements, confidentiality agreements, and certainlicensing agreements. The Senior Sourcing Specialist may alsosupport agreements for the supply of goods, where relevant to theirassigned Categories. Key Responsibilities: Spend, Supplier and Stakeholder Management - Manage supplier communications, includingsourcing event invitations, issue resolution, pricing and contractterms negotiations. - Assess change needs, impact, and stakeholdermanagement activities and support change management integrationactivities & compliance improvement education. - Lead theassigned category locally to implement the regional and globalstrategy accordingly, in alignment of their Team lead. - Datadriven spend analysis and tendencies within the assigned categoryto contribute to the regional and global strategy. - Identifyproject opportunities with stakeholders to create new or betteragreements to satisfy business needs. - Support and handling of allsupplier registration and modifications and keeping track of datamanagement with the supplier. - Business partner follow up toensure the goods and services received and support any complaintsand warranties. - Effective presentation skills for keystakeholders to communicate insights and critical information. Buying and Sourcing - With deep knowledge of the end-to-end Requisition to Pay process, manage the purchase order process,including reviewing the purchase requisition. - Manage the full endto end sourcing process and its tools within relevant Categoriesand delegated spend. - Drive supplier negotiations and ensuresupplier performance in terms of service, quality, and delivery. -Contribute to achieve savings for Indirect Categories according tothe internal guidelines. - Execute sourcing events (includinge-sourcing, e-auction), evaluate results, communicate withsuppliers as needed. - Receive, analyze, and resolve supplierinquiries, disputes, and payment discrepancies. - Cashflowimprovement strategies aligned with the financial guidelines. Contract negotiation, development and management - Negotiate fullcontract terms, in line with Kenvue guidelines, policies andprocedures, determine requirements for contract creation, andcreate draft contracts based on Kenvue approved templates. - Managethe contract execution process, considering Kenvue CLM system. Collaborate with the Procurement colleagues, Kenvue Legal &Compliance;, Finance, and other Kenvue functions as needed. - Ensurethat buying activities are aligned with industry standards and meetrelevant legal or regulatory requirements. - Review and recommendcontract amendments through the contract ‘lifecycle’, incollaboration with Kenvue’s business end-users. - Comply with theestablished SLAs for the contract processes accordingly. What WeAre Looking For Required Qualifications - 4+ years of sourcing /category management experience, including contract drafting, reviewand negotiation. - Strong verbal and written communication skillsin English. Desired Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree is required,in a Supply Chain, Finance, or Business-related course. - Desirablepostgraduate degrees or any other additional qualification -Experience in indirect procurement in the consumer goods industry. - Experience in working in multi-national companies with diverseculture is preferred. - For LATAM Portuguese is desirable.
