The Technical Implementation Consultant (SQL) is instrumental in acclimating clients to our software products. Through partnering with internal project teams, you will deliver a first-rate customer service experience to effectively install, configure, monitor, and troubleshoot software to meet client needs pre and post implementation. Key Responsibilities: - Review integration requirements of a customer implementation and suggest modifications needed to deliver reliable functionality and communication - Discuss integration with customer and provide guidance as needed to ensure appropriate configuration settings and information exchange - Independently install and configure all products supported, including server and client components; assist less experienced technicians when needed - Work with customer vendors, partners and on-site technicians to resolve issues as it relates to software; troubleshoot, test possible solutions and escalate when necessary. - Diagnose and troubleshoot product issues with client employees, customers and vendors and assist with problem resolution - Provide proactive resolutions to developing problems and suggest modifications that may result in a permanent fix to a problem; prioritize in dynamic environment and meet deadlines Qualifications: - 2+ years of experience in SaaS based implementations and project management. - BS in Computer Science, Information Services or other related fields is preferred. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with various technologies and languages, such as authentication protocols, XML, HTML, CSS, Ruby on Rails, Javascript, Jquery, JSON, SQL, AICC and SCORM. Skills: - Technical experience with authentication protocols and Single Sign-On solutions - Strong understanding of APIs - Experience performing large data integrations between systems of record and a SaaS provider. - Project management experience, particularly focused on the software implementation projects. - Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential. - Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem solving capabilities. - Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills - Must be able to learn, understand and apply new technologies. - Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment while providing top notch customer service. - Proficient English speaking and writing Key Requirements: - Must be able to sit for extended periods of time - Must be able to work remotely and manage tasks and priorities - Must have the ability to work independently - Must be able to collaborate in a remote environment Equal Opportunity Employer: Learning Technologies Group, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
