About the RoleWe are seeking a versatile Senior Full-Stack Data Analyst to drive analytics, data modeling, and insights at Veho as part of the the Business Insights team. You will own end-to-end analytics—from data modeling to visualization—collaborating with stakeholders to deliver insights that drive impactful decisions. You will be embedded in business teams and be responsible for direct impact and outcomes. You will be a technical mentor to the Business Insights team. A great candidate: - Build and maintain scalable data models and transformations using dbt. - Leverage Databricks for data exploration, cleaning, and advanced analysis. - Design and deliver clear, actionable dashboards in QuickSight. - Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends and business drivers using SQL and Python. - Drive insights to ad-hoc questions and assist senior stakeholders in answering questions about our business. - Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs, answer critical questions, and enable self-service analytics. - Ensure data quality, governance, and documentation across datasets. - Collaborate cross-functionally to align analytics solutions with business goals. What you bring: - Strong SQL skills for querying and transforming data. - Proven track record of delivering impact through analytics, research, and data. - Hands-on experience with Databricks and dbt for analytics engineering. - Proficiency in building dashboards with BI tools. - Experience using Python for exploratory analysis, transformation, and ETL. - Ability to translate business questions into actionable insights. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Mentor or lead experience in data analytics roles. - 7+ years in a data analyst, data engineer or analytics engineering role.
