As an Outbound Sales Agent , youll play a pivotal role in our business development strategy, engaging directly with B2B clientsprimarily in the U.S. healthcare space. What Youll Be Doing Conduct outbound sales calls to qualified leads in English. Develop and maintain relationships with B2B clients, focusing on the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors. Update and manage CRM records (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) with precision and consistency. Collaborate cross-functionally with onboarding, support, and marketing teams to ensure seamless customer experiences. Requirements: Sales experience (U.S. healthcare, pharmaceutical or B2B sales is a plus). Familiarity with Zoho CRM, HubSpot, and calling platforms like RingCentral is an advantage.
