ABIM Specialist generally covers the modeling of different trades (Architecture, Structure or MEP), depending on your background and expertise. The scope of modeling will depend on the project (specific zones or entire buildings), and the quality will align with client requirements and team services. This position demands a high level of modeling quality (expertise, technical knowledge, LOD, QA/QC capabilities) and autonomy in self-management and modeling skills (studying what is necessary for each trade). ABIM Specialists help identify conflicts early through information review, modeling, and coordination phases. Mandatory Requirements : Advanced level of English is essential. Mechanical or Civil Engineering degree. Intermediate to advanced Revit knowledge and experience. Intermediate to advanced Navisworks knowledge. Experience modeling HVAC Ductwork for at least one year. Experience with US-based projects (a plus) Experience in conceptual design / BIM Design assistance.
