Summary of the role: As a Senior Business Analyst, you will useyour technical and functional knowledge, preferably in the Airlinesindustry, and understand Amadeus business. You will followprocedures, provide input for decisions, recommend new solutions,and propose improvements based on analysis. You will receivemoderate guidance from your manager. In this role you’ll: - Assessrequirements: Build, maintain, and share the functional knowledgeof our processes, services, and usage of end-user products. Analyzebusiness requirements submitted by Product Management. Sizespecification and validation work. - Carry out functional design:Write Feasibility Studies, Solution Overview Documents, InterfaceControl Documents, Product Specifications, and present functionalwalk-throughs to all concerned stakeholders. Interface withrelevant divisions and departments to identify interactions withother Amadeus applications and ensure functional compatibility. -Overview validation: Contribute to the implementation of the teststrategy, and review test plans to ensure compliance with thedelivered functionality and system integrity. Ensure traceabilityof tests with specifications. Ensure production integrity byinvestigating, validating, and prioritizing reported incidents. -Manage relations with key stakeholders: Communicate with ProductManagement, Project Management, Amadeus Customer Services,Implementation, Migration, and Development teams. Engage withcustomers during requirements gathering, functional specification,testing, and implementation phases. Influence at both team anddepartment levels to shape the future of your team'sfunctionalities. - Participate in team events: Support teamstakeholders by participating in team ceremonies such as Agileforums, team meetings, and solution assessments.
