Como Coordinador de Farmacovigilancia, desempeñarás un rol estratégico en la seguridad de nuestros pacientes, garantizando el cumplimiento de las normativas locales y las políticas corporativas en materia de farmacovigilancia para productos comercializados y estudios clínicos. Propósito del rol: Actuar como responsable local de farmacovigilancia, coordinando los procesos de notificación, monitoreo y entrenamiento en materia de seguridad del paciente, en línea con las regulaciones Colombianas y los estándares globales de GSK. Responsabilidades destacadas: - Farmacovigilancia: Supervisar los programas locales de seguridad para productos farmacéuticos, vacunas y estudios clínicos, cumpliendo con la regulación local y las políticas internas de GSK. - Relación con autoridades regulatorias: Reportar eventos adversos y estudios clínicos a INVIMA y actuar como enlace en inspecciones regulatorias. - Entrenamiento y cultura de seguridad: Capacitar al personal interno y externo en el reporte de eventos adversos, promoviendo el cumplimiento de las políticas de seguridad en humanos. - Coordinación transversal: Colaborar con áreas como calidad, servicio al cliente e información médica para gestionar quejas, consultas y riesgos relacionados con la seguridad del paciente. - Gestión documental y auditoría: Garantizar el archivo adecuado de registros, liderar controles periódicos y contribuir en auditorías y proyectos de mejora continua del sistema de calidad. Cualificaciones clave: - Profesional del área de la salud - Formación específica en farmacovigilancia y normativas locales. - Experiencia en sistemas de gestión de seguridad de pacientes o farmacovigilancia. - Dominio del idioma inglés. - Conocimiento sólido del sistema de salud Colombiano. - Habilidades de comunicación efectiva y uso fluido de herramientas Office.
