We offer immigration legal services to the low-income Latino community who have been victims of violent crimes within the United States. Our primary focus is gender-based crime survivors. **Representative Job Responsibilities**: - Schedule appointments to take statements and fill out forms; - Provide complete and appropriate solutions for each client in order to drive top-line revenue growth and customer acquisition levels; - Fast resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction; - Taking, monitoring, and processing payments; - Direct communication with clients to convey legal advice determined by the organization's legal team; - Follow up and report detected anomalies that may affect cases to the legal team of Mil Mujeres Inc; - Customer service to potential clients of Mil Mujeres Inc. and their subsidiaries; - Carry out all the necessary activities in project management; - Other necessary office work and legal support. **Requirements**: - Customer service experience; - Fluent in written and spoken English (Advanced level); - Excellent relationships and communication management. **Application Process**: Send updated resume. **Next steps**: **Location**: Remote (anywhere in Colombia) **Schedule**: Monday to Friday 9:00 am - 7:00 pm EST. **Salary**: $300 dollars + Commission per month ($100 raise posibility after a month) Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo Idioma: - English (Obligatorio)
