GP Transco Colombia division was recently established as a satellite office to provide direct support to our operations. **Job description** GP Transco is one of the fastest growing transportation companies in the Midwest. We have an office in Medellin and seek to add a full-time after-hours operations representative to our team. **Position Requirements**: - Possess strong communication skills. - Ability to work weekends and holidays. - Being on time, prompt, and prepared on a daily basis. - High school degree. - MUST multi-task in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure. - Self-motivated problem-solver that has a strong desire to meet our company needs. - Accurate data entry. General **Job Duties**: - Inbound/outbound calls. - Data entry. Document actions by completing reports, logs and records. - Effectively prioritize situations and make decisions based on the information received. - Providing driver updates to the customers and brokers. - Assisting drivers with directions, breakdowns, load information. - Problem solving while under pressure. **SCHEDULE**: **Central Time** - **4 working days per week**: - **Hours**: 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. - **Includes Saturdays and Sundays** (always scheduled). - The other two workdays will be agreed upon in advance. - A **30-minute break** is included during the shift. **Work Remotely** Yes, after training (Training will take place during the day) **Job Type**: Full-time **Language**: English B2 level or better (required) **Language**: - inglés (required)
