We are seeking a warm, highly organized, and bilingual Patient Coordinator to join our growing plastic surgery practice. You will be the first point of contact for patients, responsible for providing an exceptional experience over the phone while managing inbound inquiries and outbound follow-up calls. Your role will include guiding prospective patients through the consultation process, handling sensitive information with HIPAA-compliant discretion, and supporting surgical scheduling and follow-up communications. Ideal candidates have previous experience in a plastic surgery or aesthetic medicine setting and are passionate about client service. Responsibilities: • Answer and make calls to prospective and current patients in a professional, compassionate tone • Guide patients through pre-consultation and post-surgery communication • Manage appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and calendar coordination for the clinic • Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and procedures • Maintain and protect sensitive health information in full compliance with HIPAA regulations • Document all communications in the clinic’s CRM or scheduling software • Handle objection management and support patient confidence in the process • Collaborate with the surgical team and internal staff for seamless coordination • Maintain a high level of discretion, empathy, and professionalism in all patient interactions Requirements: • Fluent in English and Spanish • Based in Barranquilla, Colombia • 1–2+ years of experience in a plastic surgery or aesthetic medicine clinic (preferred) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Experience using CRM or practice management software • Understanding of HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality • Professional, warm, and service-oriented demeanor #J-18808-Ljbffr
